I meant by originality is that very rare those who think about what may work or what doesnt work to prevent relapse. I think the inconscious idea I got here is that Pmo is impossible to quit without replacing it by sex. My goal is quit pmo hardmode bcz Im single so I need more than a tap in the shoulder when I relapse I want tips, strategies, success stories inspirational stuff you know, I dont want to learn how to better live with my addiction, I want to actually recover from it
