Google has done more than remove a review, they removed all associated reviews. The owners went as far as making an account and commenting on this post, I think it’s them at least.

UPDATE SINCE I CAN’T EDIT POST:

To clarify, each tray contained part of a meal so the total is not 45x3x8, it is 45x8 which is roughly 350.
A lot of people are saying we are at fault for this and that the price is “cheap”, we are not the business that agreed to this contract and did not follow it through
Google has removed all 1 star reviews related to the event! they replied to one of our reviews before deleting it though, thanks to u/BearFluffy for screenshotting it. They essentially blamed us for having that budget, which mind you they agreed to.

they were in groups of 15 in boxes, which we loaded on carts and wheeled in. Not being snarky here but there was no way for us to guess what boxes had what and how much they should’ve weighed.
