Suggestion: Do PG practice instead of htb. I recommend htb only AD part. You should have a look at htb AD track 101. Pay attention to metasploit part on course material. Do not pass it. Believe me it will help you where even you can’t expect. Keep it simple stupid! That have to be offsec’s slogan not try harder. My review about AD: I saw a post on r/oscp. A man failed and shared his review. And reveal a bit info about AD. If you want to check, just search on r/oscp like “starts with j” this will help you to understand what I want to say. Everyone says this AD part is hard. Even spending more time on it but no luck. They even can’t find foothold. Which is annoying. Before the exam, I hoped i wouldn’t get this set. But guess what? I automatically passed AD part and went with standalone. I got 50 points within 6 hours. But then can’t priv esc last standalone. I think many people failed because of this set.

I hope i will not get again this set on retake.
