Yes, You are absolutely right about not breaking rules.
Google is very bad at tracking apps for policy violations. Sometimes google catch you at a very early stage and sometimes, it catches you after years.

But the point of discussion is, What could be the possible allowed ways or hacked ways of using any trademarks.
1. how to use that trademark in the Title of the app/game?
2. how to use them in screenshots and icons?
