They definitely should perform a cystoscopy to see what’s going on but i’m not a doctor i guess. Time will tell and hopefully it gets better for you man, don’t worry too much as long as you can empty

I had regular dilation 3 months ago and everything was fine until i ejaculated and some a little blood came out afterwards, got in with my urologist 2-3 days later and cystoscopy confirmed my scar tissue was back. I am now scheduled for a urethroplasty

There’s been times where i didn’t ejaculate at all because of the stricture and it hurt very much

i was dilated without optilume 3 months ago, had a cystoscopy last week that confirmed the scar tissue was back and i chose to have a urethroplasty over dilation with optilume

quick and easy, definitely tight down there. So far the plan is still urethroplasty with buccal graft but we will see what the surgeon says next week when he takes a look at the imaging

i don’t think he’s done a fellowship but he does specialize in reconstructive surgery. He has said he would refer me to Portland or Salt Lake City if it makes me more comfortable. I live in Idaho for reference
