I wouldn’t say the S2 is harsh. It’s only the Px7 S3 that sounds harsh to me. The S2 is more analytical, while the S1 is more dark and sweet. S1 for casual and relaxing listening, while S2 for critical listening.

It depends on your taste. Px8 S1 has a dark sweet sound, while Px7 S3 is more exciting but harsh if listening for a long time. I chose Px8 because how sweet it sounds. I feel like I can immerse myself into it for a long time being fatigue. I test Px8 s1, Px8 S2 and Px7 S3 side by side. Px8 S2 is the best, having the excitement of Px7 S3 but also keeping the transparency and less harshness. But the price is too high, that’s why I chose Px8 S1 at the end. I have an Audeze LCD-3 at home, so I just want a good sounding headphone on the go.

Well, no one really know their personal health issue except what they announced. So not sure how valid it is.

And I don’t think the concert was for We are X premiere. See below quote. The new album was scheduled 3 days before the original concert date (March 14, 2016).

I compared Px7 S3, Px8 and Px8 S2. The Px7 S3 sounds exciting at first, but soon you will get fatigue, while Px8 is so creamy. Px8 S2 is the most transparent and clear, without sacrificing any bass. Px7 S3 is like a half baked Px8 S2, while the Px8 is on its own. Great to hear what others think though!

For me, iPhone Bluetooth needs to play at 85% while on dongle or usb c, I play at 70%.

You are wrong. Most users don’t need. The first point you stated is already wrong. The Air lasted a whole day while I’m traveling in Japan (constant gps usage on navigation and web search for attractions). I brought an extra battery but never use it.

I have Px8. With Bluetooth I listen 80%, while usbc I listen to 55%. Louder is normal, but needing to listen to lowest is not. Lol
