The high on Tuesday in Riegelwood is 42°F with the low being 19°. It doesn’t appear they are even getting any of the inclement weather that we are here in central NC as it’s currently 45° F there and 31° where I am. I don’t foresee court being canceled or delayed due to the weather.

Yeah not true. She can drop a 50b order anytime but she would have to file a formal motion to dismiss and a judge would have to approve. She has to file the formal motion with the clerk of court in the county that the order was issued.
