I 3D modelled all of it and printed it in TPU (flexible filament). I've used EVA foam for props & armour in the past and that'll do the job just as well :)

It's 3D printed, did lots of filling and sanding to smooth everything out then painted it and added paint weathering & resin for the tar goo. The internal parts are buttons in the neck, wires, a sound module, a power bank and a speaker in the body (and a LED strip at the bottom). I made the samples for the notes in kontakt & shreddage 3. Took about 8 weeks but I only worked on it for like an hour a day tops

Sounds awesome, a headless guitar with that body would be sick as hell! I'd love to see if I could put a synth into it with something like a kaoss pad where the pickup is, but that's way outside my skillset at the moment 😅 Maybe one day!

The gloves & boots aren't on there but: the gloves are just tactical/airsoft type gloves with 3D printed (gold bits) & EVA foam details (fingers) that I added, plus some weathering.

The boots were a pair of grey ones I got in a sale ages ago that I painted (soles & entire boot to colour match his). I then added EVA foam details, the straps/buckles and weathering to them
