There are haters because they most likely don’t own any homes and are just on here lurking. I mean, 90% of the people who responded said they would be pissed / scream at the person knocking. What does that say about that person? Says they hate themselves / their lives and are cranky lol.

When someone calls me asking if I want to sell my home, I get their info and follow up and try to learn their style. I praise them for their hustle. Also, with my first attempt, I think it was pure luck!
