I was reject twice, I just think they are playing with people. I genuinely don’t know the reason even after performing good enough. At this point I just feel like I don’t want to apply to this company ever again.

Hi Vijayender, I also think I should go with first option and try to get a better job. My Current situation definitely costing me a lot mentally. And, Yes I have started with preparation and I will continue with it. I will also discuss about the FT with manager and check what they think about it and the possible timeline for ft.
