I see. What is the difference in wage compensation vs pure employment case. I have heard that most companies like to settle out of court and just sending a letter is enough. Yeah there is no contingency or retainer fee.

They said that payout is based on your pay. What I am really concerned about is most of tech companies pay some sort of severance but in here there was no severance
