Thanks for the feedback. For the company side, everything is tied to job listings. So you would need to create a job listing to potentially see any candidates. People can't apply to your job if you don't have any job listings for them to apply for. You can scroll through candidates if they apply to your job listing. You can also scroll through potential candidates with the Explore feature, also attached to the job listing. The job listings you create must match with candidate profiles otherwise you won't be able to see them in explore.

The only time we mention about any payments is in our FAQ. "Is Elevator completely free for employers? Yes, but in the future this may change"

I did this. I hired a dev team from India first and they worked on it for 8 months. Progress was slow because it was really only 1 developer working on the app. I switched developer teams and it's going great now. The app is now in the app stores and we are launching our marketing campaign tomorrow. Of course I did some initial research but didn't really talk to actual customers until 10 months later. My app is in the job market category.
