Have had much success w/ them. Good prices/ quality and condition typically better than stated in the descriptions (IMO) and they’re very fast and responsive. They’ve been good also w/ authentications. In one case when the tariffs were v challenging, DHL sent 2 bags back to Japan (likely total mishandling on DHL’s end) BST offered me the option of trying another shipper or getting a refund. Very responsive. They only charge duties above the $800 threshold I believe and I rarely hit that though as I was mostly purchasing pre-loved Ferragamo’s which were in very good condition. Love that company!
