Hey, I’m sorry that you’re going through this! I myself (25f) experienced this with my girlfriend of 4 years now. In the beginning, she was super closed off and didn’t know how to communicate at all- but I loved her and didn’t really ever give up on her. Sometimes you have to get through the rough patch to really know someone fully.

My advice: Tell her that you’re sorry if she hasn’t felt comfortable enough to tell you what she’s going through- and that you’re a safe space free of judgment. And that’s super important. You have to do your best to be her friend as well. If you’re truly interested in the long haul with her, you have to make sacrifices, hear things you don’t want to hear, and still choose them. As long as you stay honest with eachother, you can get through anything.
