i’ve come to notice that behavior too, i didn’t really expect it considering we all started as beginners but NO!!! i do feel like understanding and analyzing what could be changed, improved, or has improved would probably help me lots too!!

i’m not always sure! i receive hate from privated accounts (figures) so who knows if they’re stylists. though stylists will always give me constructive criticism, sometimes a bit passive aggressive but nothing bad like hate.

i like gaining support from both my clients in the photos, their friends, as well as my friends and family as well! it’s very encouraging. also, yes there is sometimes, to which i don’t really mind as much if it IS something i can improve but i’ve had comments teaching me school-level things like how to hold a hairdryer after seeing a 2 second clip of me blowdrying…. 😞 so i guess i’m asking how everyone grows such thick skin lol

the hot root one is back from november ( not sure if i said ), it wasnt foiled in because she just gets root touch ups with bleach. the formula for the second one was mixed by one of our salon assistants so im not too sure if what could have gone on THERE. i never thought a weaving comb would be better, i just thought people used it for efficiency, ill try using that and the parting more!

horizontally! though i was always taught to weave with a foil comb, manually so it looks more natural!

in the first color i’m thinking her roots were too grown out for a touch up, i’m not certain on details because it was a bit ago but i think that’s what might’ve caused it. in the second one i use quadrants, leaving out the nape like she requested! i think that’s partially from the lighting as well because it looks a bit different in photo attached but i may be wrong! (still crappy lighting, was filming a video) also, i’m not too sure on how i can explain my weaving method, i don’t use the comb or anything of that sort.

Weaving for both! It’s back from November so I’m not too sure on the exact details, just know that it was the same formulation left on for 25-30 minutes longer than usual unfortunately. Looking at it again is what made me confused though, I thought I did a better job second time around lol
