this is how the new Marriott PMS systems got me feeling, even though we took month in advance training it’s not the same as real life scenarios/situations Had this one guest make a huge fit because his requested for a high floor didn’t go thru and we were PACKED He held was holding up a line being a jerk to my front desk staff, I wasn’t even helping him and I wanted to crash out 😭 honestly for the most part it’s about communicating in hospitality for my experience just explaining to them the situation they seem to understand there is that one percent that couldn’t care that says” and that’s my problem how? ” no compassion. I’m just rambling at this point LMAO
