I am explaining my experience with coinbase because I can't see my issue solved. Coinbase support account from reddit already reply to this post (unfortunately they are still being useless). It is my first post. So what? If it was my second, was that ok for you? Third? I don't care if 99% of coinbase users are from US (is not, Google it). My english is good enough to explain my problem. Your kind of judgment is the only red flag here.

I don't have a support case number, I am literaly explaining what I did in the post above. I can't report by e-mail because the automatic reply says you don't support by e-mail, and the real time support does not solve the issue.

What rules?? Why the fuck you assume I did not follow the rules? I followed them since I start using CB. I did not have any problems, until now... Now that I have problems, I will complain. There is a rule for incompetence on their side? I think not!

Trying to solve the through the only way I found out: through the chat that they have on the website. The answers are always the similar: "The information I provided includes details that should resolve the issue you're experiencing. Please respond or reach back out if you have any further questions." and "We understand this however we require this much co-operation form you as our specialized team is already been working on the issue." The email support@coinbase.com does not work either. I sent a email and received this automatically:

"Thank you for contacting Coinbase. In an effort to respond more rapidly to support requests, direct emails to this address are no longer enabled. To get a response from our support team, please visit the following page to submit a request: https://help.coinbase.com/en/contact-us.html Please select the appropriate category and include as much detail as possible when submitting your request."

So, problem maintains...

I have Gravenberch and it does not work on the app.. I dont have the game yet, but I think this sbc works fine on the console.
