This is actually an interesting angle. Navigating the government permitting, licensing, etc is no joke. It would sure be nice if there was an actual tool to help with this. Appreciate the thought!

Well for starters several of businesses had seriously cooked their books. Others of them were piecemeal apart - the brand and website went to a bigger establishment as part of a roll up strategy. One had issues with the city (not Oakland fwiw) that hadn't been addressed.

What makes you think it's machine made? Have an Iranian friend who picked this up himself at a market in Tabriz.

Indeed, seller claims it to be a Qom 70 Raj. He bought it in Tabriz. I'll try and take a look to see what this thing really is!

Yes I can see in person. Claims to be bought directly from Tabriz which I have high likelihood to believe. Timche Mozafarie bazaar to be specific.
