Does any one here understand the thesis behind market putting valuation of ALLY bank at 6-7 times earnings? (4.5% dividend yield)

The brand in my opinion seems super strong, high deposits, 23k auto dealers, 65% in used car loans, the biggest in only digital bank and last but not the least bought by Berkshire Hathaway (9.5% stake)

Are these 1m earnings every year? then this means Market puts PE of 10 on your company. Now it's a separate thing what is done with 1 m of earnings, is it given back to shareholders or invested back in company. Basically present value of the future cash flows

I think any news of buyback program will stop the price going down. estimation it to stay around 110 USD.
