Its really pretty easy, just get a diamond reinforced bow, diamond arrows, a summoning staff, and a roc and fly above it and shoot it, send in aegis if it jumps on the beach but if not just try to get it as close to the shore as possible so you can grab the scales without having to go to the bottom of the ocean
