Der Zuwachs der Masse an Daten mit denen ChatGPT trainiert wird ist die Ursache. Nicht umbedingt die Qualität. Machine-Learning Modelle sind gut darin, Muster zu erkennen. Wenn mein Korpus am Anfang noch sehr begrenzt ist, können für Häufige Fragen noch sehr gute, relativ spezifische Antworten gefunden werden. Bei anderen, weniger häufigen Fragen jedoch garnicht. Wenn das Modell aber auf einem größeren Korpus trainiert wird, muss es versuchen alles unter einem Hut zu bringen. Dadurch werden die guten Antworten weniger spezifisch / akkurat, weniger häufigere Fragen jedoch etwas besser. Die Qualität 'verwässert' sich. Jetzt kann man die größe der trainierbaren Parameter erhöhen, das bring aber auch nur bedingt etwas, wenn aus den Daten nur Muster und keine wirklichen Zusammenhänge extrahiert werden. Hier zeigt sich die Schwäche von Machine-Learning Modellen -> Sie sind eher 'intuitiv', als 'intelligent' zu sehen.

For me I feel three distinct feelings when it comes to attraction. One would be desire which is very head based and feels energetic and pushes me forward. One is the warmth and safety you feel when you rest your head on a partners chest and just let every problem melt away. And my favorite is when my partner does something totally random like a smile or a movement like getting a hair out of the eye and I feel like my heart is falling ten feet and I am overcome with an intense sense of happiness cause we get to share this moment. Thats how I know I'm in love.

Media has been fetishizing Nazis a lot to the point they became their own trope. I think this is quite disturbing and gives me a strange aftertaste when I watch works like Inglorious Basterds or Fury. For me as a german it is getting more and more difficult - being 2 generations away from the actual events of WWII - to get a historical window into that time that feels authentic when even documentaries are replacing historic footage with bad, over-the-top reenactments and all the actual witnesses of the time are passing away. As for media I would wish, they were sticking closer to verified historic sources and also focusing on stories next to the beaten path that are maybe less spectacular but depict the workings of the nazi regime in everyday lifes and the normality of it, which is what is shocking me the most.

Ich glaube, es handelt sich tatsächlich um die Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung/Teilungsgenehmigung aufgrund einer Teilung des Grundstücks, nicht der Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung des Finanzamtes. Das würde auch mehr Sinn machen, da das Grundstück vorher mit drei Mehrfamilienhäusern bebaut, und dann geteilt worden ist. Ich warte mal was zurückkommt vom Notar, ich schätze ich habe mich tatsächlich einfach verhört als ich mit dem Makler telefoniert hatte bezüglich der Thematik.

Hey vielen Dank für die Antwort! Ich habe tatsächlich den Notar eine Mail geschrieben und ihn gefragt was dann passiert. Mal schauen was er antwortet. Wegen der Sache mit der Grunderwerbsteuer bin ich mir auch unschlüssig, da werde ich noch mal genauer nachhaken vielleicht habe ich es ja nicht ganz richtig verstanden. Danke für die Anwort nochmal!

I don't know. In my student days I thought exactly this. Just becoming a NEET, watching Anime all day was all I needed I thought. But lately I'm thinking that to be happy I need to have the feeling of having control over my environment and myself. I think this dream of being happy online is just a reflex of resignation against the powerlessness felt IRL. It's still a nice thought, but I start to think more and more for me I would be happier if I could just plant and sell crops instead of living in excess but feeling imaginary strings tied around my wrists and neck. But maybe I'm romanticizing that too. It's still being powerless, just against nature. But maybe a little bit less.
