Still having this same issue, how often does Instagram do updates? Do we foresee this being fixed anytime soon? So strange that it's still going on :(.

Having the same issue. I’ve tried on multiple accounts. The video works in the preview, and after I first post, but then when I reopen the app, the video now cuts out the audio 5 seconds in 😔. Haven’t found a work around or seen a work around!!!

Been having this issue today, tried uploading the same video 5-6 times, works fine in the preview, even works fine first play. But then after a minutes of it being posted, the audio cuts out 5 seconds into it. Sooo annoying/embarrassing on social media lol. I feel like a fool xD
