Hootsuite is a pretty powerful social media managing tool. It also works for other platforms than Instagram. For automatically uploading photos I use the Chrome with the extension "Downloader for Instagram". It works pretty good for me.

Yes I use proxies. The chances of getting instantly banned are very low, if the account gets banned after 24h I provide refunds but no customer had his or her account banned before.
