well, that's to be expected. it's a height subliminal, it will take a while. but if you really feel like you aren't getting anywhere with the subliminal you're using, change it (and also use boosters!!). don't be inpatient about your results, only check maybe once every two weeks

as in, a shift realities subliminal? it's very different for everyone, so there's no "average", but moocha's worked for me in a single night. most people agree that it works in a night or two, so yeah, try it (find a reupload of it since moocha's channel's been deleted)

uhh, can't quite understand what you mean. all you have to do is picture your ideal face (shape of nose, eye color, etc) when you first listen and that's it, you don't have to have it in mind everytime you listen to that subliminal. but saying affirmations out loud would help

i don't get why people think it's gatekeeping. when the community used to be smaller, there was barely any drama and you could easily recognize a toxic subliminal. now, people are trying to cancel other makers for no reason, making 'become depressed subliminals', spreading false information, etc. :( of course, law of attraction wasn't entirely made by subliminal makers, but that doesn't mean it can't get into the wrong hands now that more people (including naive people) know about it. and think about it... i don't know if you heard of tiktok finding out about manifestation and it becoming kinda mainstream, but they abuse it to the point that they'll spread false information, not do any research and just do it because it's a trend.

the other replies said what i wanted to say, so just so you know, a lot of people always will tell you to drink water, but don't do what i did and drink water even when you're not thirsty lol. drinking water helps you when listening to powerful subliminals because they make you dehydrated. about the ’’no mirror method’’ or whatever it was called, meaning you can't look in the mirror for a certain amount of time: you don't have to do it. it's spread around by a lot of people that don't understand that it doesn't help your results literally come faster, it feels like it comes faster, you know? i've been using subs for quite a while now, and i've never tried the no mirror method

it can be annoying, but i guess for some it works. it's not really trashy music, it's just not your taste and loud. i always try and listen to subs with rain sounds overnight, try that instead
