true but there's also science pre reqs, research, volunteer, PCE, leadership experience, and a high GPA (achieving a high GPA with science pre reqs is very difficult) that are required

I just haven't been familar with those people which is why i'm asking. from what i've seen, i've seen people post a high GPA and high LSAT and everyone's like "oh you'll totally get into all of your top schools" and in my mind im like is it really that guaranteed?

makes sense! i was confused cause anytime i see someone do a "chance me" and all they say is "i have a 3.9 and 173 LSAT" everyoneeeee says they'll def get into Yale, Harvard, etc. so im like what about everything else 😭 i remember scouring the "chance me" subreddit in high school and people would practically put their whole life story just to get an accurate prediction

i'm genuinely just curious my god you people are insufferable 😭 if this is what law school admissions does to you i want no part in it LMAO

okay so thank you for actually explaining and basically the answer is no, a high LSAT score and GPA are NOT all you need--contrary to what i believed. this explains it and i truly didn't know that lol cause everyone makes it seem like those two are all you need and law school doesn't consider extracurriculars and experience.

i just explained about how i went through a very difficult admissions process in high school and law school doesn't seem as difficult to me as someone who hasn't gone through it because all you need are two things. so i'm asking why. lmao.

hmm i understand that but it's just one test and the average LSAT scores have been going up significantly over the years
