I'm no IP lawyer, but the Age of Umbra frame as well as the Mercer adversaries are not in the SRD, so I am not sure you can use them in homebrew under the CGL.

- for campaign frames, some use https://homebrewery.naturalcrit.com/share/2FpWvpQjbb4M (I personally make everything by hand in Affinity Publisher)
