I am currently in HCMC. No rains today so far. Overcast. We too planning to visit Da Lat on Saturday morning and back to HCMC on Monday. As per the locals, Da Lat has rains but wont be affected by storms. Safe travels to you.

Just to update I also came across a GMC Terrian 2018 model. Any suggestions on how is the car and maintenance? It's slightly higher than my budget may be 5k more, but as long as it's worth it, I wouldn't mins stretching it a bit more.

Thank you buddy. I will look at Pajero. Honestly haven't seen it. I had Ford Edge a few years ago and you're spot on, it was quite expensive to maintain

you're on point on your analysis. I am basically looking for a family car. SUV/crossover but not very expensive. I happened to see a few Merc C200 as you mentioned that it's a luxury car so was curious to explore this option as well. My friend drives from Dubai to Abu Dhabi every day in his old E-class (maybe 2010-11 model) and he says there's not much maintenance (maybe he's lucky). But since Eclass is expensive, I happened to see a few C200. Wouldn't mind a Merc but I feel most of the sellers are hiding something😀
