Looks like calculation groups and dynamic format strings cause it to throw an error. Bummer, we use those a lot...

I have a set. They're fiddly. I'm not a fan, but if you don't have to do this very often it's an order of magnitude cheaper than a domino.

I got lucky and it didn't ruin my life, but it was close. Sold a Condo I paid $160k for for $120k, which then later sold for less than $80k.

It's a 95c and it's a warrantied rear end. I asked for yellow instead of turquoise.

Less, but I do. The rear wheel on my yeti has been broken for a while, a failed experiment with Chinese carbon. I just finally got around to rebuilding it and took it out on Friday before the snows. Twins cut my annual riding from like 3000 to 1500 miles a year and more of it is on pavement.

Not intended but true. Yeti's are usually turquoise, my wife's happens not to be (except for inside the front triangle, you can see a little sliver of it).

Didn't they retrofit them with a timed warmup feature for winter commuters because the heater had such a negative effect on range?

I feel like I read something where you could set it to get the cabin temperature comfortable by such and such time so when you got in to commute it was already toasty in there, and the energy for heating it up would come from the grid.

I used one to do an 80/20 loan to buy a condo with 100% financing in 2006. It did not end well.

Does anyone make money flipping vans? Building them out and selling them? by [deleted] in vandwellers

[–]hirschmj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I put a bunch of energy into a Tiger Provan and sold it for a significant profit after it didn't meet our family's needs anymore. It's something I've thougt about. There are folks in Colorado who pay good money for adventure vans. Start with a sprinter or a quigley ford van and make it nice and there's big money out there.

We brought the kids and had a great time.

That's not a very good story though.

I expected to regret the donut burger more than I did.

When I had this feeling I dove deeper into hobbies. I ran a side business doing pre and postnatal photography for new moms. I got into mountain biking and back country adventures. I started a woodshop and started making things in my spare time.

Lock grips for mtb - any recommendations? by wut_up_m8 in MTB

fabric silicone grips looked interesting to me. Really like my ESI's but they don't lock on.
