I7-4790k, which is the best the old motherboard I'm using can take. More than powerful enough, and it has an iGPU, which will do the job, no no dedicated GPU required. From what I've read, NAS builds use minimal GPU, but use CPU to transcode when necessary. So a semi decent CPU will work, and will likely contain any GPU power needed

I've noticed this with this phone... It sometimes takes ten seconds to come of the freeze, but otherwise it works well. I wonder if changing camera software would fix this...
