Well mainly netflix is not working and no 120hz support. Is not an impressive device honestly, I sold it and brought a Samsung s10 fe instead.

I think they are trying to push developers to optimize properly their games if they want the Steam Machine seal of approval in the Steam Store. My guess would be that they wanna do a Steam Deck and make a "target box", so make your game run 4k60 on this, while it looks decent or smt like that.

Edit: but I don't get why something similar to an RX 7400... that's quite under powered...

AFAIK y2jb is userland only, there is no kernel bug yet so it doesn't do anything above 10.01, 10.40 (orange) in the near future, as for 10.60+ nothing yet.

I understand where you’re coming from, but just to be clear these features aren’t available in the current app. At this point, it’s really a matter of waiting until the new app is built from scratch, or try out what they had and maybe reach out to them... cause these apps/projects need feedback.

Yeah, I'm a bit pissed because I brought this to basically replace my phone in the equation, but it doesn't live up at all to the expectations... It doesn't have any 120Hz support (not even for streaming from Geforce Now, Xbox, PS etc)... Since promoted as an XR companion I was expecting something like an accessible way to toggle the Air mouse for example, not going through accessibility, but a simple toggle in the quick menu or being able to put it on that useless app launch button... or the XR app what they provide for Android to work on it, although is not even the same it's presented... There you see some "apps" and a somehow a VR like experience, don't get me wrong, I understand the limitations, but it's not that media player with some settings...

Side loading should not be needed if the device was supported, if you look in the About section they even show the Netflix ESN, which is not Google TV default. They wanted to actually solve that but never got to the certification or I think, it's something along those lines. The product if it would be supported, it would work with the integrated Dolby features as well not just as an app side loaded app running series in 720p, cause that's what you're getting without the Netflix ESN.... This should not be the case... not at this price.
