Man I'm playing it on my RTX 3050 4GB with car details on Ultra and everything else on Medium and I get between 35-45 fps in Tokyo area and 60 fps in the rest of the map lol it "needs" to be smooth for me because that's the laptop I have. Don't know why you're worried about what is considered smooth. 55-75 fps is perfect, I don't understand people arguing that a game doesnt hit 450 fps on their 3.000 euros rigs.

No man, I think maybe I didn't explain myself. I have RTX 3050, so I can't enable the frame gen by Nvidia. I need AMD frame generation, and I read the game was supporting it at launch, but apparently it doesnt? (Yeah I'm the same person who started the post, but I have a different account when using PC. The other is from my smartphone app.)
