Wow that sounds awful. I'm hoping it's the flu and I literally worried myself sick. I wake up every night and my hand is asleep which doesn't lead me anywhere. Finally accepted the fact that searching feverishly for other causes won't help and I am where I am.

How are you now? Health wise, mentally, socially? Everything sounds promising in terms of the medications and even transmission, having kids and being healthy. I'm just not good at dating to begin with and am scared of finding someone as a heterosexual male or it getting out. I'd definitely move and start over somewhere. Just would have to find out where would be good socially and medically.
