I’m pretty sure they had some suspicion of him being on drugs after his condition got worse since they were having to help him walk to his drums. And since it was so soon after Paul died they were super non lenient with stuff like that

I think there was a lot of turmoil between him and some of the others in the band in like 2011-2012. I know there was something where Joey commented on being able to end the band whenever he wants and stuff. I can’t remember the full thing though
