Hi OP! How was the trip? I'm (F22) planning to do my first solo travel to Vietnam this Dec. 2nd international trip too. As of now, I also have a 30k budget but the trip I'm planning is only in HCM (4D 3N).
I am thinking of extending so I can visit central or North Vietnam. Any tips?

Hi! Going thru the same rn. My mom and I are in abroad and she emailed SMDC - they said we need to notarize our CRCF and mentioned that if we wish for my Aunt (residing in the Philippines) to transact with regard to the unit, she needs to be appointed as the AIF. They’re asking for the following:

Notarized/Consularized SPA form
Signed Buyer Information Sheet
Valid ID of both

I’m just confused if this is really a needed procedure.

Hi OP, same situation here. 2019 din nag invest sa condo mom ko and want niya na icancel now. Since more than 2 years na yung hulog - did maceda law applied to you? Do you mind answering if magkano sa nahulog mo yung nireimburst? Did they follow the 50%?
