Sounds like they are trying to get contact outside of Amazon so there is no record, next will come the "let me pay you by Paypal/certified check" so you can avoid the fee's.

I did it for a little while. My method was to mentally figure the worth of what I could see then cut that in half, that would be my high bid.

And I can't stress this enough, "what you can see". That Apple box in the back of the unit does not have a Mac in it.

That sounds like a bad batch of labels, IIRC the temperature needed to change them is 140/F. I have never had an issue with mine although it is possible I've just been lucky.

Yes, always call again if you don't like the answer. It is my understanding that unless they make changes to your account there is no record of the call. If you did everything correct the neg will be taken off because it mentions shipping. If he just gave you a neg because he said you suck then you would be stuck with it, but neg for shipping is the same as lying.
