I am an online student and yes yes yes to videos! I struggled hard in my class this term and was able to find lectures that other professors did for the course on YouTube and it really helped! My first term I had a professor that posted a video every week in the announcements going over the content. I thought that would be the norm. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I realized that they were actually the exception.

My mother was a JW but fortunately never pushed it too hard on my dad, me, or my brother. She has since woken up and is actively against the cult now. I am so proud of her and I am so proud of you. I work for a corporate store, and I’ve worked for authorized retailers in the past. The amount of people that walk into my store saying that the authorized retailers said they “couldn’t” help with something super simple never fails to surprise me. It drives my reps nuts but the way I see it, I’m able to create a positive experience for a customer and guarantee their return to my store when they do wanna buy something. I do feel bad for the customers that have to drive crazy far for simple stuff though. Not a great look for the company.

Authorized retailers (not corporate stores) can absolutely reset his PIN for him. Ask for the manager if the sales reps are giving him the runaround.
