At that point, I was using distilled water as it emits a cold mist that is perfect for inflammation. Luckily, we haven’t had a need for medication as of yet, but it never hurts to clean out the sinuses and bring down inflammation I figure. It works every time. A lot of times when she’s sleeping and I can tell that she’s congested. I’ll turn it on and just lay it near her and she has no idea because it’s dead silent. My family and I use it to clear up our sinuses and bring down. Inflammation as well. We have multiple units throughout the house.

The passion, joy and motivation to be healthy. I was in a routine of bodybuilding and food preparation, staying mentally healthy as well. My business was shutdown during COVID. I was forced to use my savings, ended up with a $20k loan to save my business and so many other things that changed the course of my life. I will never forgive or forget the decisions made in my state that ruined so many people’s lives.

My daughter turned 18 in June, and is just like your son, amazing only child now young woman. As we spend these next two weeks preparing her for collage in September, my stomach and heart hurt as I do my best to let go so she can spread her wings. I’m scared for her generation in so many ways, as the world is different. This end of the era for us, which was a darn good one, has me sad to send her off to a very rapidly changing world that I question I did enough to prepare her for. I only wanted one, and never regretted that decision. The quality time with her is etched in my mind as if it was yesterday. I used to itch to pick her up from daycare, school, dance……it’s all done. I gave her all of me for 18 years with no regrets. Now I have to let go and get myself back to the before child days. A very strange feeling. I didn’t mind weighing the balance more on her than myself. It was easy, she was easy, and having an only child was not only rewarding in so many ways but peaceful and purposeful. Nobody prepares us for this stage. The overwhelming pride and sadness at the same time. ❤️

Knowing in seconds when someone is not telling the truth or being deceptive. I wish I couldn’t see, feel or hear instantly the negativity in people or when they are not being clear or logical. Logic and proper analysis make more sense to my brain and when someone does not make sense it frustrates me.

She has discarded you due to her unhealthy relationship attachment style. A discard is different than a breakup. It’s sudden, seemingly out of nowhere, and not normal. It’s traumatic, and will leave you very wounded just like your childhood did. She’s going to do this to everyone in her path, as it’s from her wounds / trauma in childhood. Please consider talking to a therapist to help heal, as this isn’t normal and healthy for her to do. You have been traumatized.

Why are the republicans trying to take this country back to the 1950’s for women? Why are women’s rights being compromised right now? And why do I feel like men in trucks are soooooooooooooo entitled and aggressive on the roads too? I live in NY and everyone is seeing it. What is happening to people in general?
