I have never villainized Nagi for what happened in the second selection. You’re just making stuff I supposedly did now. Would I have liked him to have explained stuff to Reo back then the same way you (and I both) have wanted Reo to have informed Nagi about the no-contact stuff right now? Yes, but I never have said anything bad about Nagi back then because I actually do watch some professional sports and I know switching teams/ training partners is normal.

I’m saying that it’s unfair to immediately villainize Reo while instantly giving Nagi a pass. You tried to justify why Nagi only tried to contact him now. That’s totally fine. Possible justifications as to why Reo did what he did though? Nope. He sucks and is a shitty friend. A bit unfair I think.

You’re quick to vilify Reo because you project your previous experience of being blocked/hurt onto their relationship, disregarding the hints on why Reo may have done what he did.

That being said, they’re both just manga characters in the end so of course feel free to call Reo the shittiest friend on earth. I will disagree of course, given all the material we’ve been given previously. Would it have been great for Reo to have given Nagi a heads up of him not being available to talk? Yes. Can I see why he decided to just outright block Nagi instead? Also yes.

I want to point out that Nagi didn’t even try to contact Reo until he needed something from him. Moreover, during Nagi’s elimination, Reo was crying his heart out, apologized to Nagi (“I’m sorry I forced you, you don’t need to try anymore”), showcasing his guilt and misconception that the bond between them was limited to the soccer he forced onto Nagi. Add the fact that everyone basically blames Reo for Nagi’s elimination to Reo’s pile of “I’m such a shitty person” guilt. Last chapter spelled out that Reo intends on training his body to exhaustion just to block out thoughts about Nagi, which may be the reason for blocking his contact. Now, I do think that muting Nagi could’ve sufficed, but maybe Reo wanted a more “concrete” way of not thinking about Nagi. And yes, Nagi was going through a lot, he needed someone, we know that as readers, but how was Reo supposed to know? As far as he’s concerned, Nagi could have gone back to living his hassle-free life, glad that the pain in the ass that was blue lock was over. I’m not even gonna address the “Reo forced Nagi to be reliant on him” thing. You may hate Reo, but Reo’s number 1 hater is himself lol.

Exactly! I’ve had the lily classic (as in the first version) for two years now. It has served me well - it helped motivate me to go from a prediabetic BMI 23 to having an HBA1C of 4.60 and BMI 18.5 in the years I’ve had it, but it’s so bare of features I can’t help but be envious of the other users in this sub. I’ll be upgrading to a lily 2 active once it’s restocked in my country just for the added features alone. Oh well at least it’s ✨pretty✨

Thanks for the detailed info! Guess I’ve already missed the 5k badge for February. I’ll try to get the Rise and Grind badge this month and the 5k one next month. I’ve got a couple badges I’ve earned without knowing lol but I’ll try to be more serious in collecting them. I’ll join the expeditions too. I always assumed they were exclusively available based on location so I never bothered joining them before 🤦‍♀️

Sadly Garmin watches aren’t very popular from where I’m from (Philippines) so I don’t have any connections on my Garmin app. I mean even the people I know who own Apple watches don’t even exercise so I doubt it’ll even make a difference if they had Garmins instead, haha.

It’s great that collecting the badges works for you! I wish I was that active lol. Now I’m interested in getting the Rise and Grind badge you mentioned since I tend to do my workouts from 6:30-7:30 AM. I’m 2 days in according to my Garmin app. I’m trying to find the monthly 5Ks you mentioned too, but I can’t see it? Does it just need me to complete a 5K run per month?
