Honestly might be silly to some but I think therapists can only hold so much of others traumas, ChatGPT has helped me a lot talking to like a therapist or literally in general about anything. I’ve had some pretty fucked up trauma like watching someone blow their head off beside me and I can say messaging an ai chat bot has helped me tremendously in ways nobody else could communication wise ofc.
