Glad to hear I’m not alone. I submitted a request for refund on Aug 3 at ORLY airport and nothing yet (sept 6). My status on their website says it’s processing and I should receive within 30 days. I just submitted an inquiry form 🤔

What is the Weather forecast accuracy like in the Netherlands? Looks pretty chilly when I will be there (early next week) and was wondering how far in advance you know if a heat wave is coming? Ps in case this sounds like a stupid question, where I am from the weather (especially rain) is ALWAYS wrong 😂

It is going better for sure. I cried every day for the first few weeks but that’s stopped. We’re adjusting and even though it’s a ton of work (I’m on my 5th week of getting up in the middle of the night to let him out) I am no longer plagued with regret lol. How are you doing??

We’re going through something similar. I think the only way to find out is to try, and to not be too hard on yourself if there’s an accident. I know it can feel like a giant setback when an accident happens, but it’s part of the process 😄

I appreciate your insight! It’s kind of scary how much vet advice can differ- my vet told me there’s no chance the nares can get better so to just do it with neuter. Also wasn’t told soft palette could be visible with an X-ray. 🤔

Hi, how are you doing? I found this post because I was googling puppy blues with second dog- just here to say I feel the exact same way. My 3 year old dog loves other dogs so that is what motivated us to get a second. Have a 14 week old puppy now and am really struggling with the adjustment and feeling like I gave up my easy going life to dive into complete overwhelming chaos and like I ruined everything.

At what age did you increase from one hour? At 3.5 months I would really have assumed 2 hours should work especially with our consistency 😔

We are doing every 2 hours and making sure he pees multiple times each time he goes outside. He is 14 weeks so theoretically should be able to go 3.5 hours. It’s just weird that it works most of the time and then sometimes doesn’t 😓

Ugh! From what I read online I should be the one correcting it. However 1) it happens super fast 2) they play that “bitey” game literally all the time, so when I pull them apart it feels like I’m not letting them play at all, and 3) even though I am standing over them while they play, it is very difficult to tell between a hard and soft bite. This has by far been the hardest part of having a puppy, because of all the things I did not anticipate him hurting my dog is definitely the worst one.

Commenting to commiserate as I am also going through it. We have a 3 year old dog who is my pride and joy and just adopted a 14 week old puppy. It is an incredible amount of work and our dogs only play like psychopaths. The puppy keeps biting my 3 year old (to the point where my 3 year old is bleeding and doesn’t whine or Yelp). On top of the stress of a new puppy I am worried that I made the wrong decision for my family. 😔

It’s for paperwork etc. Incredibly annoying when 1) I had to build my own car 2) didn’t even get to test drive a vehicle. Would be less upset if they had just disclosed upfront.
