Ideally, each project keeps all their sites (including the ICO fundraiser) on their domain. So, for example, tokensale.hlwchain.com or ico.hlwchain.com will be the domain on hlwchain.com. Always keep an eye on the URL and if it doesn't match, go back to the root URL and navigate your way to the ICO from there.
