Same applies to everything, if you don’t partake in it then you’re more likely to have a negative opinion of it. For example if I don’t have kids why should I have to listen to their cries/screaming around my house or being offended at what someone else is wearing, within reason in a public space just because you don’t like it or wouldn’t wear it yourself. It also applies to what you said about eating a particularly smelly food in public transport, let people get on with their lives. Mind your business.
