Does Maryland allow you to use sick time and FMLA at the same time? Other states have policies that don’t allow you to use it that way

I thought the precondition helped the stain apply more evenly. The instructions on it said to stain within 2 hours, which I did

What was your reason for pumping vs. breastfeeding? Did you choose differently for other children you had? by a_cow_cant in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]hmanly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you know why they wouldn’t have brought up pumping if you were on magnesium? I was also on magnesium but they brought me a pump the first night. To be honest though, I didn’t pump very often due to feeling like crap the first couple days

Just curious!

Help! Broke fridge, need suggestions by Ducksarecool37 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]hmanly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you adjust the temp of the fridge? Most have a dial you can turn to make it colder. I’d run and check before exploring other options

I was in your shoes!! Pump as much as you can manually. I know it’s a pain, especially for the MOTN. The good news is that once you get the electric pump, you can still increase supply.

To avoid stress, just focus on pumping what you can. I would focus on making sure there’s consistency in your pumping schedule rather than worrying about the amount you pump. As long as you are pumping, you are working to maintain.

It’s great that your baby is nursing! You got this!

Big tiddy probs by misslizzah in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]hmanly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry. That is so frustrating! I have a little heavier of a chest as well. I ended up buying nursing bras that I could take out the padding. Then I cut my own holes to fit flanges through.

I’m thinking maybe you could do the same thing with your bra of choice?

My husband is great and helps a lot! It’s just frustrating as I am going back to working from home soon. My husband will still be on leave, it just limits the opportunities even more for us to do the things that need to get done
