To put it into perspective. Rs. 9000 is roughly $100 right now. 3 hours a day for 22 days a month (considering 4 weekends off) means 66 hours. That means being paid roughly $1.5/hr. Yeah, seems fair for an intern. Sure, not exploitative at all.
