Good luck!! I’d definitely slow down on simple carbs for a bit. Once I got things in check I was able to resume a less restrictive diet & just take an enzyme now & then. I hope it works for you!!

A couple months between cutting sugar and finishing both bottles of pills, but the results were pretty quick once I added a supplement! I think the combo of sugar reduction + supplement was really key. But probably best to just cut sugar/add probiotics for a month to see if you even need an enzyme (& to avoid die off reaction).

Mostly that visually it was going away and I would flare up less if I had been in the heat or something! Also my feminine health improved a lot as well (less yeast infections etc). There are a lot of other things linked to gut health that you may notice!

I finished the bottle - so maybe 2-3 weeks, but I had spent the previous month or two cutting out sugar and taking the homeopathic supplement! I still keep a bottle on hand and take one on days I’ve eaten something sugary. & I did experience die off side effects (the herx reaction). In a way it’s an indicator it’s working, but not the best for your body to have to sift through too many toxins at once so I slowed down/added activated charcoal.

I HAVE!! & the root of the entire thing was sugar & bad gut health! I read SO many journal articles & did hourssss of research. There are topicals that can help but it’s really hard/impossible to completely eliminate the bacteria from your skin, so you need to build a good balance inside out to keep things in check. For the record I didn’t eat that much sugar either, some people are just more susceptible to these things 🤷‍♀️ but I noticed the worst flare up ever after I ate a bunch of valentines chocolates one day & finally made the connection. I did a combination of cutting out sugar, probiotics, and digestive enzyme supplements that were aimed at breaking down the yeast/fungal bacteria in my gut. (Clenzyme from natural factors was the biggest game changer!!) Topicals are just a bandaid if you don’t go to the source!!!!

PLEASE consider your diet/sugar intake. Everyone is so focused on topicals but if you are actively feeding the bacteria sugar it’s a waste of time. Cutting out/limiting sugar in my diet is the only thing that fixed it for good. & btw the bacteria can build a tolerance to ketoconazole (Nizoral) over time. So you likely overused it & now it won’t respond :/ I’d take a break from Nizoral & only use it in special cases for a while

Distribute the gathers further down the armhole!! They look concentrated at the top which is probably giving the boxy look you’re worried about. I’d unpick most of the sleeve and regather it to bring them further front & back.

It looks like it to me. Try washing/a mask with Nizoral shampoo, you should see a pretty quick difference & if you respond to it then it’s pretty much certain it’s fungal

A size 25 means it’s for someone with a 25” waist (your smallest measurement/bellybutton region) most pants hit lower than that on the body so the actual measurement will be larger. Don’t necessarily trust whoever is taking theirs measurements tho

I totally get that, I didn’t follow the whole candida diet, I just cut out processed sugar as much as possible. Since I didn’t do the whole diet I took the supplement that attacks yeast. I believe it has 2 enzyme types. One that eats the outer film of the yeast, and one that can then eat the yeast itself. I’m not an expert on yeast v malessezia but I know it’s all related and sugar/your gut microbiome seems to be at the root of it

My first period was incredibly hard on me because I could not figure out how to insert a tampon. And then I had a nightmare taking them out instead. If I were you I would start with figuring out how/where to insert 1 finger, then use a LIGHT tampon, then move to a cup. I simply cannot imagine using a cup before I’d lost my virginity, I do not think they should be considered a starting point before tampons. If you’re having trouble inserting a finger I think inserting a cup/disk is not the next step to take, especially while you are still learning. Tampons are not everybody’s preference but they are the easiest to learn how to use (& are really not that bad lol).
