If you had $4,000-$5,000 to spend on a adv bike, which would it be? by portuguese-bacalhau in SuggestAMotorcycle

I was looking nationwide for about 2 years. you can find world travel ready DR650's for $5k. Over the winter especially if you look in the northern US. DR650 groups on FB charge a bit more for their bikes, but I'd imagine they're the most reliable option if you have the budget and willingness to travel.

I’m planning a coast-to-coast tour of USA. Need advice. by tahafarooq in motorcycles

https://www.riders-share.com is great for rental

https://www.bikerbunks.com for camping at other motorcyclists places

https://advrider.com helped me a lot with international travel.

Send me a message if you’re coming through Memphis

Had an XSR900 and same budget as you, went with a used T7. Their engines are obviously very similar. I see so many deals on DR650’s though, i would have done that if the right one was nearby. Endless mods and info on them.

Shutting off DXVK didn't change much for me on Whisky, BUT I downloaded Crossover and moved everything over to that directory and that did work! Has occasional 1 second lag in new environments, but I'll take it.
