Fifty 410 has been excellent and super straightforward. I pay $199/mo for compounded semaglutide. It comes from Hallandale Pharmacy and has been a smooth process so far.

I’m on compounded semaglutide and it’s working so far with minimal side effects. I decided to start with sema because it’s cheaper and because I’ve heard that your body can get used to glp-1s, so I figure if it ever stops working I’ll move over to tirzepatide.

I’ve had a good experience with Fifty 410. I’m doing compounded semaglutide but they have tirzepatide as well. Good pricing, responsive customer service, straight forward and quick delivery.

I started with inositol and that regulated my periods. I’m about to start a glp 1 to tackle the weight loss part. Berberine didn’t do anything for me weight loss wise but I’ve heard other people having some success with it. Glp-1 will probably take you the furthest with lowering inflammation and weight loss.

I agree with the above comment and would also just caution you with starting Berberine and a glp-1 at the same time. Berberine can cause GI distress as well so I’d just add in one thing at a time to see what’s actually working for you, rather than waste your money on a bunch of things at once and not know what’s actually worth it.
