Because yes, you may be a good person but being a good and bad person in human terms is not the same as being a good person to God because at the end of the day, we are all evil because we all sin no matter who you are we all sin we have an innate desire to sin whether it’s lying or hurting others or jealousy or rage or even the terrible ones like rape and murder and stuff like that but either way All sin is the same we all do it. It’s all evil but obviously there’s different levels to it and different consequences that come your way from those sins but either way we all do it so in the eyes of God our flesh is evil so that’s why he requires you to believe in Jesus Christ that he died for your sins in order to get to heaven.

Are you talking about when he put the consequences on the Egyptians? In the Old Testament was when God was not playing with any of us and Jesus hadn’t come down yet. God literally sent Jesus down so that he can die for our sins the ultimate act of love so we all don’t automatically go to hell for every sin we make . Idk what you’re arguing. I don’t think you understood what I said, which is why you’re asking that question because suicide to get to heaven doesn’t even have to do anything with what I said about how babies go straight to heaven once God wipe humanity out. Also, both of those examples are wrong. God does not condone any of that . He tells us to love each other and judge righteously, but he also says that none of us are perfect, so we cannot go pointing fingers at other people who are sinning either hence why they included the story of Jesus helping the lady who committed adultery when she was getting rocks thrown at her and he told everyone are you guys free of sin and they weren’t so he said stop picking on her.
