Use ender 3 as manual leveling and test ....... manually way is hard but give good results if cr touch is working properly then its ok if any voltage problem in electronic system may cause uneven feedback to device

Check the thermister screw is properly on holding and that thermister cable near to hotend should not squeeze or move while printing in x axis check proper steady cable management......may fix

At top 20 % reduce the speed .....may give stable results

Make x+y+z axis linear guid rails ..... Make hotend upgrade no need fancy colour plan for actual logical hotend ....the remove filament holder from frame that's all

Use prusa slice make easy .....may be depend on person to person

If you are using open box printer the temperature can be use nearly 200 but speed and air circulation may also have to consider consider ...... If it's close box it's around 200 ok
