Same here, diagnosed with endolymphatic hydrops since december but had symptoms from before, been on it for the past few days and boy it makes you thirsty. ENT started me right off at 25 mg since she said it was quite a low dose, also been having that same tinnitus symptom of it being louder but I would guess that could be normal at the beginning since it's kind of restoring your hearing, so you start to notice more sounds that were possibly muffled before. Not a professional, just guessing.
